| The Group's principal activity is to provide contract drilling services to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies. It provides the rigs and drilling crews and also responsible for the payment of operating and maintenance expenses. It also provide rig management services on a variety of rigs, consisting of technical drilling assistance, personnel, repair and maintenance services and drilling operation management services. Its Drill ships are suitable for deepwater drilling in remote locations because of their mobility and large load-carrying capacity. Its rigs consists of Semisubmersible Rigs, Jackup Rigs, Managed Deepwater Rigs, Platform Rigs and Land Rigs. The customers of the Group include integrated oil and natural gas companies, state-owned national oil companies and independent oil and natural gas companies. The Group operates in the United States, Middle East, Brazil and Other countries. In July 2007 it we acquired Lexton Shipping Ltd. |
