The Group's principal activity is engaged in international membership shopping warehouse clubs operating primarily in Central America and the Caribbean. The Group operates in three segments: United States Operations, Central American Operations and Caribbean Operations. As of 31-Aug-2008, the Group had the total number of consolidated warehouse clubs in operation was 23 operating in 11 countries and one US territory.
