The kiosk system is enabled by technology in the areas of digital imaging software, delivery hardware and e-commerce network capabilities. Each kiosk operates as a fully functional, stand-alone business unit. When linked electronically, the kiosks function as a broadcast network that delivers national and site-specific advertising and marketing programs to any geographic delivery area. The Company changed its name to Alternate Achievements, Inc. on October 1, 1999, Power Kiosks, Inc. on March 2, 2000, and to Power Interactive Media, Inc. on March 1, 2001.
