The Group's principal activity is to provide energy management and conservation solutions to utilities and their commercial, institutional and industrial customers. It operates under two segments: Distributed Generation and Energy Efficiency and Natural Gas Measurement Services. Distributed Generation and Energy Efficiency segment through its PowerSecure subsidiary markets its distributed generation products and services directly to end-users of electricity and through outsourcing partnerships with utilities. Natural Gas Measurement Services through Southern Flow provides onsite field services, chart processing and analysis, laboratory analysis, and data management and reporting.
