The Group's principal activity is the provision of electricity. The Group purchases electricity from producers and retails it to the concerned market. The Group operates through the following brands Poweorama, Poweo, Collectiveo, Poweole and Poweo Planete. The customers include Timberland, Pfizer, Jacadi, Neuf Telecom, Biomerieux, Le Parc des Princes and L'Opera de Paris. The Group operates only in France. During 2008, the Group acquired Group Mistral en Beauce, Maurienne SAS, SEEG, Parc Eolien les Vaux de Roques, Espace Chauffage Climatisation, Chauffage Service and Alerte au Gaz.
