The Group's principal activity is to distribute network swimming pool supplies equipment and related leisure products. The products offered by the Group include chemical and replacement parts, packaged pools, cleaners, filters, heaters, pumps and lights. The customers of the Group include swimming pool remodelers and builders, retail swimming pool stores and swimming pool repair and service companies. As of 31-Dec-2008, the Group operated 288 sales centers in North America and Europe, through which it distributes more than 100,000 national brand and private label products to roughly 70,000 wholesale customers.
