| The Group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture, market and service video, voice, data and web conferencing collaboration solutions. The Group operates in three segments: Video Solutions, Voice Communications and Services. The Video Solutions segment is comprised of video communications products (telepresence, group and desktop video products) and network systems products. The Voice Communications segment includes our conference phone, wired desktop voice products and wireless handset voice products. The Services segment includes a wide range of professional service and support offerings to its resellers and directly to some end-user customers. The Group's customers are Government, businesses, telecommunications service providers and educational institutions. It operates in United States, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia, Caribbean and Latin America. On 26-Mar-2007, it acquired SpectraLink Corporation. |
