| The Group's principal activity is to operate as a general contractor and a producer of steel constructions. The Group operates in five segments: Construction, Power Engineering, Production, Chemistry and Others. The Construction segment provides the general contractor management of industrial plants, warehouses, public facilities and military infrastructure and implements investments connected with road construction and infrastructure. It also operates as a developer. The Power Engineering offers a "turnkey" project implementation, particularly facilities for communal, industrial and professional power engineering. The Production segment produces the steel constructions. The Chemistry segment provides the services connected with professional corrosion protection of steel (deep zinc galvanizing). The Group has got a number of subsidiaries in Poland, Germany and Ukraine. It produces for the domestic market and for export, mainly Germany, Austria, Russia and others. |
