| The Group's principal activities are the provision of agency, proprietary and underwriting services. The agency services include agent for stock exchange, Over-the-Counter (OTC) and foreign stock market, stock index futures IB and margin trading for securities trade. The proprietary services include stock exchange/ OTC listed stock trading, stock index futures hedging, government and corporate bonds trading and issuing call (out) warrants. The underwriting services include assisting companies with the application process for stock initial public offerings (IPO), listing on the stock exchange and the OTC market, cash capital increase and underwriting services, issue of domestic and international convertible bonds, provision of financial and business consulting and other underwriting-related services. |
