The Group's principal activity is trading marine exports of construction aggregates from its coastal properties located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada to the coastal urban markets on the west coast of North America, particularly California, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia. The Company's principal construction consist of an 88% ownership in the Orca Sand & Gravel project.
