| The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture, market and sell Telecom Equipment. The products include lightweight communications headsets, telephone headset systems, accessories and related services. The Group also manufactures and markets high quality computer and home entertainment sound systems and a line of headphones for personal digital media under our Altec Lansing brand. It also manufactures and markets under the Clarity brand, specialty telephone products, such as telephones for the hearing impaired, and other related products for people with special communication needs. The principal customers of the Group are distributors, original equipment manufacturers ("OEM's"), wireless carriers, retailers, and telephony service providers and retail channels such as office supply stores, consumer electronics stores and mail order catalogs. It operates in Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. |
