The Company's principal activities are operating the Showgirls Bar 20 club at 46 King Street, Melbourne and renting out its investment property at 7-12 Horne Street, Elsternwick Victoria. Other activities include acquiring and operating the leasehold of The Royal Melbourne Hotel at 629 Bourke Street, Melbourne. It is also currently identifying and evaluating a number of acquisition proposals within the adult entertainment industry including negotiations for developing a franchise for the Showgirls Bar 20 concept.
