| The Group's principal activities are assembling and the installation of solar electric systems. The Group also designs and builds large-scale photovoltaic plants and operates as a wholesaler of complete solar electricity plants, solar modules and components. The Group is active in two business segments. In the Components and Systems segment, Phoenix Solar offers system solutions and support in planning, logistics services and additional services, such as training, to resellers, electrical installation businesses, electrical retailers and wholesalers, heating/sanitary and roofer companies, as well as solar retailers. The Power Plants segment provides planning services, turnkey construction and maintenance of power plants to private individuals, as well as customers from the retail market, industry, commerce and local authorities, among others. The Group operates in German and European photovoltaic sectors. |
