It has five segments: Wholesale Dress Furnishings segment markets dress shirts and neckwear under the brands Van Heusen, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction, CHAPS, Tommy Hilfiger, Perry Ellis Portfolio, DKNY and Timberland. Wholesale Sportswear and Related Products segment markets men's sportswear under the brands Van Heusen, IZOD, Geoffrey Beene, ARROW, Calvin Klein and Timberland. Retail Apparel and Related Products segment operates retail stores that sell apparel and accessories under the brands Van Heusen, Geoffrey Beene and Calvin Klein. Retail Footwear and Related Products Segment operates retails stores that sell footwear, apparel, accessories and related products under the brands Bass and GH Bass & Co. Calvin Klein Licensing Segment licences the use by third parties of the brand names Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein and Calvin Klein. |
