The Group's principal activity is involving in property investment holding. Its two main investment properties include Plaza Sentosa and units in Holiday Plaza, both of which are long established commercial complexes located in Johor Bahru. Plaza Sentosa has a total lettable area of approximately 721,000 square feet and Holiday Plaza comprises 193,539 square feet of lettable area in the retail podium, 96,937 square feet of lettable area in the office tower and 613 basement car park bays. It also has a small office building in Kuala Lumpur, part of which is used as the Group's corporate office and the balance rented out. Other activities include operating car park and investment holding. Operations are carried out in Malaysia.
