| The Group's principal activity is to provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services from the facilities in the Philippines, Costa Rica and the United States. It provides cost-effective, complex, value-added customer management services to clients in the travel and consumer, financial services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, insurance and media industries. The Group also provides transcription and captioning and other BPO services in the healthcare and insurance, law enforcement, entertainment and education markets. Its transcription and captioning business includes transcribing voice recordings and captioning television, film and educational content. The Group's other BPO services include credit application processing, mortgage processing, title searches and data verification. The major customers of the Group are Expedia, Washington Mutual, EarthLink and JPMorgan Chase. |
