| The Group's principal activities are to explore, develop and produce crude oil and natural gas. The Group operates in three segments: PVR Midstream, Oil and Gas and PVR Coal. PVR Midstream provides gas processing, gathering and other related natural gas services. The Oil and gas segment explores, develops and produces crude oil, condensate and natural gas primarily in the eastern and Gulf Coast onshore areas of the United States. The PVR Coal segment includes the management and leasing of coal and natural resource properties and the subsequent collection of royalties. |
