| The Group's principal activities are production and marketing of vegetable and fruit preserves, tomato and pepper pastes, jams, pickles, ready-made meals, frozen fruits and vegetables, fruit preparations and dried fruit candies. It markets its products under the Penguen brand, and also produces private label products for chain stores in Turkey and abroad. Apart from supermarket chains, it supplies a selection of items to hotels, restaurants and diners. The Group has eight regional directorates and 43 dealers in Turkey, and distributors in the United Kingdom, Azerbaijan, the United States, North Cyprus, Georgia and Iraq. It exports to 35 countries, including European countries, as well as the United States, Canada, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Japan, New Zealand and Australia, mainly through its subsidiary, Penguen Pazarlama A.S. |
