These products are sold through distribution channels, including specialty grocery and gourmet food stores, online and mail order, office and restaurant accounts and company-operated retail stores in the United States. The Group operates in two reportable segments. Retail store operations consist of sale of whole bean coffee, beverages, tea and related products. Specialty sales consist of whole bean coffee sales through online, mail order and grocery, wholesale and office coffee accounts. The Group operates166 retail stores in six states. The patent and trademarks of the Group includes Peet's(R), Peet's Coffee and Tea(R), Peet's.corn(R), Blend 101(R), Garuda Blend(R), JR Reserve Blend(R), Maduro Blend(R), Major Dickason's Blend(R), Pride of the Port(R), Pumphrey's Blend(R), Sierra Dorada Blend(R), Summer House(R), Top Blend(R) and Vine Street Blend(R). |
