| The Group's principal activity is the production and distribution of dairy products. It operates through three divisions: milk division (milk and related products); fresh products division (yogurt, desserts, ice cream, cheeses, margarine and butter); vegetables division (fruit juices, tea, tomato-based products, soups and water). Other products include cookies, snacks, bread, pastries and pizzas. The Group, through a network of subsidiaries, produces and sell its products worldwide. In 2007, the Group acquired Quantum Distribution Services Pty Ltd and OOO Forum. |
