Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The primary objective of the Company is to maximise capital growth by investing in private equity funds and, occasionally, directly in private companies. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Jun-2006. Investment management services are provided by Pantheon Ventures Ltd for a fee calculated at the rate of 1.5% per annum of the value of the Company's investments assets. The agreement is terminable by either party at any time on two years' notice in writing. |
