| The Group's principal activity is to publish directories, provide online services and aid in direct marketing. Directories are published for both the general public and business users. Online services are provided for Internet facilities and minitel. They also provide website creation, hosting and advertising services for businesses. The Group sells business and consumer databases for multi-channel direct marketing campaigns using mail, telephone, SMS or emails. Publication of directories includes listings of private and business telephone subscribers for each administrative department. Localization services include route planning services and databases of photographs of major cities. Website creation involves domain name registration, design, hosting, automatic referencing, hit statistics and recent updates. The Group operates in France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2007, the Group acquired Horyzon Media, A Ton Service and Horyzon Clics. |
