| The Group' principal activities are to supply specialty packaging and consumer products. It operates in two segments: Foodservice/Food Packaging, and Consumer Products. Foodservice/Food packaging segment manufactures, markets and sells foam, clear plastic, aluminum, pressed-paperboard, and molded-fiber packaging for customers in the food-distribution channel. Consumer products segment manufactures, markets and sells consumer products like disposable plastic, molded-fiber, pressed-paperboard and aluminum packaging products such as waste bags, tableware, food-storage bags and aluminum cookware. The Groups products are sold under the brand names Hefty (R), Baggies (R), Kordite (R) and OneZip (R). In 5-Jun-2007 the Group acquired Prairie Packaging, Inc. |
