| The Group's principal activities are developing residential and commercial properties. The Group's commercial properties are located within the Jabotabek area and Surabaya while its landed properties are located within the greater Jakarta area. These properties include International Trade Centre Mangga Dua, Arcade Dusit, Mal Mangga Dua, Mangga Dua Court Apartment, Wisma Eka Jiwa, Taman Duta Mas, Taman Permata Buana and Taman Bandar Wijaya. The Group also owns and operates Hotel Dusit Mangga Dua and Hotel Dusit Balikpapan. It has launched 3 new commercial properties consisting of units kiosks and shop houses; ITC Depok, Pusat Grosir Wonokroma and ITC Surabaya Mega Grosir. The Group also launched new housing projects namely Grand Wisata and Taman Permata Buana extension and acquired new land bank located in southern part of Jakarta for the development of commercial project. |
