The Group's principal activity is to provide recovery audit services by using sophisticated proprietary technology and advanced techniques and methodologies. It operates in two segments: Domestic Accounts Payable Services and International Accounts Payable Services. The Accounts payable services segment provides services to review the client accounts payable disbursements to identify and recover overpayments of retailers and wholesale distributors. The International Accounts Payable Services segment represents business conducted in countries other than the U.S. The services are rendered to large and mid-sized businesses having numerous payment transactions. It operates in North America, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
