PLB Engineering Berhad (PLB) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the contracting and construction of industrial, residential and commercial building works, and investment and property holdings; property letting, investment holding and property development, and building contractor and housing developer. It operates under five segments: construction, which includes construction of industrial, residential and commercial building and renovation works; property development, which includes housing and property development; trading, which includes trading of construction materials; property letting, and investment holding. The Company’s subsidiaries include PLB-KH Bina Sdn Bhd., PLB Land Sdn. Bhd., Dynabricks Sdn. Bhd. and Gaintrend Sdn. Bhd.. On May 5, 2009, the Company acquired an additional 5% interest in Builtonlands Palm Sdn. Bhd.
