PG Industries (Zimbabwe) Ltd is a Zimbabwe-based manufacturer and distributor of building materials and allied products. The Company’s main activities include the manufacture and distribution of timber boards, cement, cement products, hardware, plumbing, glass, windscreens, and wood and glass-based product. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is organized into six business segments; the Merchandising segment is involved in buying and selling of hardware, timber and truss making; the Zimtile segment manufactures and sells roofing tiles, bricks and pavers; the Glass segment is involved in retailing glass, as well as providing glazing services; the Board manufacturing segment manufactures and sells fibre boards and doors; the Services segment provides human resources, information technology, financing and other related shared management services, and the Regional operations segment.
