The Group's principal activity is to construct buildings and provide related services. The Group consists of three segments: Building constructions, Construction sites and Property Management. The Building Constructions segment develops and construct properties, mainly residential but also commercial. The Construction sites segment focus on developing infrastructural project contracted for the public sector such as hospitals, industrial buildings, schools, roads, railroads, bridges and tunnels. The Construction site segment also provides maintenance services of public roads and buildings. The Group's geographical market covers operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Europe. In April 2008, the Group acquired Senter Bygg Entreprenor AS and HalsingeBygg i Hudiksvall AB.
