Palanacki kiseljak ad Smederevska Palanka is a Serbia-based company engaged in the bottling of natural mineral water and the production of soft drinks. Its products range includes such brands as, Karadjordje, which is sparkling or still mineral water, non-alcoholic drink Cocta, and fruit drink Jupi. The Company sells its products in the wholesale trade. The Company is technologically equipped with laboratory for water testing and automated line for the bottling of its own products. It operates a line for filling water into glass bottles of the volume: 0.25 and 0.75 liter. It also uses for bottling Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles of the volume 0.5, 1.5, 2 and a family bottle of a volume 5.75 liter. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s parent entity was Atlantik grupa dd, holding a 92.88% stake in the capital. On December 6, 2012, Soko Nada Stark ad Beograd acquired a 100% stake in the Company’s capital.
