The Group's principal activity is researching and developing genebased medicines and therapeutic vaccines based on a broad technology platform. The Group's development pipeline comprises four products in clinical development and a late-stage preclinical candidate. The lead product is TroVax, a therapeutic vaccine that has potential application in a range of tumour types. The product is designed to stimulate a specific anti-cancer immune response against a protein called 5T4. The Group's other products are Hi-8 MEL, MetXia, ProSavin and RetinoStat. The Group operates in the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
