The Group's principal activity is the ocean transportation of crude oil and petroleum products. The Group operates in three segments: International Flag Crude Tankers, International Hand Size Product Carriers & US Flag Vessels. The activity also includes transportation of crude oil, petroleum products, dry bulk cargoes, primarily grain, coal and iron ore. The Group operates a fleet of 112 vessels of which 93 operate in the international market and 19 in the US Flag market. During 2007, the Group acquired Hiedmar Lightering.
