The Group operates in four segments: Minerals Processing, Base Metals, Metals Processing and Other Businesses. Mineral processing division provides grinding, flotation and thickener technologies and physical separation. Base Metals division provides copper, zinc, nickel, precious metals and ferroalloy technologies. Metal Processing division provides aluminium, ferrous metals and sulphuric acid and roasting technologies. The Group owns 60 trademarks. The group operates in Finland, Germany, rest of Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Asia and Africa. The Group acquired Outotec Auburn Ltd, Auburn Furnace Services Inc, Auburn Industrial Design Inc, Auburn Industrial Services Ltd, Auburn Limitada, Auburn Project Management Inc and Camden Yards Assets Ltd. in 2008. |
