The primary business activities of the Group are divided into five main segments: Spine, Orthopedics, Sports medicine, Vascular and Other. The Group is based at the Netherlands Antilles and has its main operations in USA, United Kingdom, Italy and Seychelles. In 2007 the Group acquired Blackstone Medical, Blackstone GmbH, Goldstone and Breg Deutschland Gmbh.
