The Group's principal activities are mining and supplying steelmaking raw materials to steel mills, recycling ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal and manufacturing and distributing steel long products. Its products include structural, rail, rod, bar, wire and pipe and tube products, sheet and coil, piping systems, plate and aluminium products. Operations are carried out through five segments: recycling; iron ore; manufacturing; Australian distribution; and New Zealand distribution. Operations are carried out in Australia, New Zealand, North America and South East Asian countries.
