| The Group's principal activities are to undertake agro business, mining activities, financial services and growth activities. The Group operates under five major segments: Agro business, Mining, Distribution, Financial Services and Others. Under the Agro business segment, it undertakes provision of milk products, sugar, biscuits, oils, yoghurt and cheese. It also markets mineral water under the brands Sidi Harazem and Ain Saiss. Under Mines segment, it extracts, processes and distributes minerals like copper, zinc, lead, gold and silver. Under Distribution segment, the Group operates hypermarkets. Under Financial activities, it provides various insurance policies for personal, health and auto insurance. The Group also operates telecom activities and other utilities. The Group also undertakes new growth activities in telecom, energy and environment sectors. The Group operates mainly in Morocco. |
