The Company's principal activity is manufacturing chlorine, caustic soda, hydrogen and ammunition. The operations are carried out through two segments: Chlor Alkali Products and Winchester. The Chlor Alkali segment manufactures and sells chlorine and caustic soda, sodium hydrosulfite, hydrochloric acid, bleach products and potassium hydroxide. The Winchester division manufactures sporting ammunition, reloading components, small caliber military ammunition and industrial cartridges. The major customers include various industrial customers, wholesalers, other distributors, the U.S. Government and its prime contractors. The products are exported worldwide. The Company operates through its subsidiaries located in Canada and Australia.
