The Group's principal activity is delivering managed procurement and business critical services. It operates under four trading brands: Banner Business Services (BBS), Accord (managed procurement), AccessPlus and Banner Document Services (business critical services). BBS provides long-term contract management and procurement of office and business products for private and public sector customers. AccessPlus provides business communication and print management solutions. On May 15, 2008, the Company acquired TripleArc plc. On June 2, 2008, it acquired Accord Office Supplies Limited (Accord). The Group operates in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
