The Group's principal activity is the provision of direct finance leases, operating leases and installment sales to corporations and individuals. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Corporate Finance deals with corporate direct financing leases and lending. The Rental Operations deals with operating leases of measuring equipment and automobiles. Real Estate Related Finance division takes care of corporate real estate financing and personal housing loan. Real Estate division deals with residential subdivision development, rental/management of office buildings, golf courses, hotels and training facility. Life Insurance division deals with direct/agency life insurance sales and related activities. Other includes securities brokerage, venture capital and card loans. The Americas division looks after the operations in the Americas. The Asia/Oceania division takes care of operations in Asia/Oceania and Europe looks after operations in Europe.
