| The Group's principal activities are the development and marketing of software systems for pricing, trading and risk management of financial instruments on electronic exchanges. The Group also generates revenues from hardware and consultant services. The software systems are marketed in international financial and commodities markets. The customers include investment banks, brokerage houses, institutional investors, Internet brokers and private investors in Chicago, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Milan, Moscow, New York, Stockholm, St Petersburg, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto, Vienna and Zurich. The Group sold Orc Software K.K in January and acquired Cameron Systems in February 2006. |
