The Group's principal activity is a diversified energy company. It operates through four business segments: Energy Services segment creates value by providing premium services to its customers by delivering physical and risk management products and services to its customers through its network of contracted gas supply and leased transportation and storage assets; ONEOK Partners' primary business objectives are to generate cash flow sufficient to pay quarterly cash distributions to its unitholders and to increase its quarterly cash distributions over time; Distribution segment is comprised of regulated public utilities, and portions of its ONEOK Partners segment are also regulated and other segment primarily consists of the operating and leasing operations of its headquarters building and a related parking facility.
