Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is providing an integrated range of onshore seismic drilling, permitting, helicopter support and survey services. It operates in five business divisions - Seismic Drilling, Environmental Services,Equipment Leasing, Transportation Services and Other services. The principal market of the Seismic Drilling division is the marsh, swamp, shallow water and contiguous dry land areas along the Gulf Coast, primarily in Louisiana and Texas. The Environmental Services includes dock-side and offshore non-hazardous, hazardous oilfield waste management and environmental cleaning services, including tank and vessel cleaning and safe vessel entry, and naturally occurring radioactive material decontamination. In March 2007, the Group completed the acquisition of BMJ Industrial Investments LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary Charles Holston Inc and the acquisition of certain assets of Cypress Consulting Services, Inc. and Bailey Operating, Inc.. |
