The Company's principal activity is operating as a supermarket retailer whose business covers three major categories which comprises groceries, basic clothing and textiles and house ware products. The groceries category includes butchery, delicatessen, takeaway, bakery and fruit and vegetable sections. The Company trades under the brand names of OK stores, Bon Marche' stores and OK Express stores. All operations are carried out through nationwide branch network which comprises 54 OK stores, 5 Bon Marche' stores and 49 OK Express stores.
