The Company provides wireline telecommunication services, mobile telecommunication services in code division marketing access (CDMA) and global system for mobile communications (GSM) standards, and wireless telecommunication services, including data transfer services. The Company is controlled by the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan through National Welfare Fund, which owned 51% of the Company’s stock. The Company’s subsidiaries include Altel JSC, Nursat JSC, Radiotell LLP, SIgnum LLC, Kepter Telecom JSC, Vostok Telecom LLP, Association of Internet-traffic exchange center and Online.Kg JSC.
