The Group's principal activities are carried out through two segments: resins and specialties. Resins include manufacturing of synthetic resins, including coatings, composites and paper. It also provides a range of complementary materials to a diverse customer base. Specialties include manufacturing and distributing a range of functional materials, which include resin based flooring and building products. In addition, it also includes distribution of agency products and resilient flooring in New Zealand and manufactures light-weight plasters in Australasia. Operations of the Group are carried out in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Europe and Americas.
