Norwegian Property ASA (NPRO) is a Norway-based company principally engaged in the real estate sector. Its activities include the acquisition, development and exploitation of large centrally located commercial properties. The Company’s business is structured in two areas: commercial properties, which as of December 31, 2008, comprised 50 properties located in Oslo and Stavanger, and hotel property, mainly operated by Norgani Hotels AS and including more than 70 properties located in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The Company’s tenants include such hotel chains as Scandic Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels Scandinavia and Rezidor.
