The Group operates in three segments: Property, Development and Finance. The Property segment include investment in investment property. The Development segment include construction and development of property and parking facilities. The Finance segment include property guarantees and business mortgage deeds.The Group operates in Denmark, Germany and Sweden. In 2008, the Group acquired additional properties in Germany as well as in Sweden.
