The Group's principal activities are managing the global supply chain of agricultural, industrial and energy products, ship owning and chartering and providing ship management services, trade financing, coal mining, soybean and sugar cane crushing and producing ethanol. The Group operates in two segments: supply of agricultural, industrial and energy products segment which comprises the businesses of supplying these commodities and the corporate investments and its logistics segment which comprises the Group's ship ownership, vessel chartering and related operations and the provision of technical ship management services.
