The Group's main activity is to import and sell coal and oil. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Coal mines; Multidiscipline engineering and Others. The Coal mines segment sells imported coal to companies in the power, cement and paper industries. The Multidiscipline engineering segment is engaged in the sale of chemical equipment/machines, the construction of machinery and electrical works, as well as the manufacture and sale of construction machines. The Others segment is engaged in the transportation and handling of cargoes, the subdivision of real estate, as well as the maintenance of buildings.
