| The Groups' principal activity is to provide radiology services to radiology groups and hospitals across the United States of America. The team of American Board of Radiology-certified U.S. state-licensed and hospital-privileged radiologists uses our proprietary workflow technology to provide radiological interpretations. The customers in the United States primarily from the centralized reading facilities located in Sydney, Australia and Zurich, Switzerland. The Group also provides preliminary diagnoses of emergency trauma and non-traumatic emergency conditions. The diagnostic radiology involves the interpretation of images of the human body to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, conditions and injuries. Diagnostic imaging procedures include Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging, (MRI), Ultrasound, and nuclear medicine & X-ray technologies. The Group's affiliated radiologists provide services to 750 customers serving 1,500 hospitals. |
