The Group's principal activity is to construct buildings and housing lots. It operates under three major segments, Housing, business property and Service. Under Housing, the Group constructs and sells residential apartments and individual houses. Under Business property, the Group constructs, develops and promotes office buildings, commercial complexes, high raise buildings and warehouses. It also undertakes special projects to renovate and develop shops, retail parks and shopping centers. Under Services, the Group offers residential building management service and also manages rental properties on behalf of institutional investors. It operates mainly in Europe.
